1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Plagiarism Issues

Refunds will be granted if plagiarism is found in the delivered work. However, Turnitin reports will be shared by us on the time of complete file submission to student. The plagiarism verification process will be conducted using Turnitin only.

1.2. Late Delivery

    • If the project is not delivered within the agreed deadline (confirmed via email from us), a full refund will be issued. However, if additional instructions are provided after receiving the deadline confirmation from us via email, the original deadline will no longer apply.

1.3. Poor Quality

    • Refunds for quality issues will only be granted if the writer’s mistakes are evident. Quality issues caused by the lack of adequate study material or instructions provided by the student will not be eligible for refunds.

1.4. Incorrect Service

    • Refunds will be issued if specific instructions provided by the client are missed.

2. Refund Request Process

2.1. Time Frame

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the project. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
    • If a refund request is submitted within the time frame but lacks proper evidence or contains incorrect details, the request will still be reviewed based only on the information provided at the time of submission. [Example Scenario: If a client submits a refund request on the 29th day without proper evidence and later provides the evidence on the 32nd day, the additional information submitted after the 30-day period will not be considered. Only the details submitted within the 30-day time frame will be reviewed.]

2.2. Submission Requirements

    • Customers must provide supporting evidence, such as professor remarks or grades (but not limited to these), to validate the refund request.

2.3. Revisions Before Refund

    • Customers are required to allow at least one revision or correction before a refund request is considered.

3. Refund Evaluation

    • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our Content Management Expert (CME).
    • Refund decisions will be made after reviewing the provided evidence and any supporting details.

4. Refund Amount

4.1. Partial Refunds

    • Partial refunds may be issued if the writer makes minor errors or fails to follow some specific instructions in case of a failed file.

4.2. Full Refunds

    • Full refunds will only be issued for cases of late delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

    • A customer changes their mind after work has started.
    • Delayed feedback or failure to provide clear instructions after confirmation of the deadline from our side by email.
    • Considering a work that followed all the client’s instructions and has already been delivered.

6. Refund Processing

6.1. Method

    • Refunds will be issued based on the payment methods available in the country where XAssignment operates. However, after granting the refund, we will do everything to ensure that the customer gets the money back.

6.2. Processing Time

    • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the customer’s and company’s location and the services available.

7. Special Terms

7.1. Force Majeure

    • Deadlines or quality commitments may not apply in cases of uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., technical issues, natural disasters, and others).

7.2. Currency and Fees

    • For international clients, refunds may be subject to currency exchange rates or transaction fees.

7.3. Customer Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for providing clear, complete, and timely instructions. Refunds will not be issued for delays or quality issues arising from vague or incomplete instructions.

7.4. Dispute Jurisdiction

    • Refund dispute cases can only be registered in the country where XAssignment is operating.

7.5. Confidentiality and Misuse

    • Customers who use the delivered work after claiming a refund will be blacklisted from our services.
